REFUND QUALIFICATIONS

As soon as we receive a request for a refund, we will examine the details and determine whether the request is eligible for one. Within 5-7 business days, the refund will be executed to the original payment method used for the purchase, provided that the refund request is authorised. Unless otherwise specified, refunds will be handled in the same currency and amount as the initial transaction.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
